In order to add more payment choices for our patrons, we have added Pay on Delivery as another route of payment.
Here are the basics that would be good to know:
- Cash on Delivery option is currently valid on select products only.
- The Cash on Delivery message appears on all eligible products. We will continue to bring more products/variants under this option.
- The products not eligible for CoD, have been marked - we will help you convert the order to a Prepaid one in case you had initially confirmed the order via Cash on Delivery.
- Available at over 3000 PINCodes: Please check for your delivery PINCode on this link before placing the order. As our courier partner's delivery network expands, we will add new areas.
- Additional Charges: A sum of Rs. 50 is additionally chargeable for all Cash on Delivery orders below Rs. 999.
- Standard Shipping: For now, we offer Cash on Delivery against Standard (Surface) Shipping only.

- Multi-item Order: Should you decide to place an order which includes products that are not eligible for Cash on Delivery, we will ship the non-eligible products only after the payment has been received in full against them including shipping charges.
- The Cash on Delivery items will be shipped separately after the confirmation and minimum advance (if necessary) has been received against them.
- Advance Payment: We might request for a 20% advance payment against certain products or locations on a case-to-case basis after speaking with you. The balance amount is payable to the Delivery Boy when the product(s) reach you.
- The advance is payable via any of the following modes: Credit/Debit Cards, PayTM, Net Banking (NEFT), UPI etc. Once you place the order, we will reach out to you via Whatsapp/Phone Call for confirming the order and choice of Payment Method.
- In case you do not accept the item/cancel the order after it is shipped - the 20% advance helps us recover expenses against shipping (including return), handling and packaging charges.
- Any balance will be refunded to your bank account within 15 days of the shipment being received back at our warehouse.
