Terms and Conditions for Mother’s Day Offers
- All orders placed and fully paid for; until May 5, 2018 for standard delivery [FREE] and until May 8,2018 for Express Delivery [PAID] will be delivered on or before May 13, 2018 (Mother’s Day)
- All offers / hampers with standard delivery are delivered free of cost.
- We would not be able to accept any returns and refunds for any purchases made from the mother's day collection.
- We would be glad to gift a personalised photograph with a message printed in a handcrafted sleeve with all purchases upto Rs 1000/- and any purchases above that range will receive a personalised printed photograph on mdf with a stand.
- All purchases come with special Mother’s Day gift wrapping.
- We request you to please mention the billing address and shipping address separately with relevant contact numbers. This is to avoid any confusion and spoilt surprises if the gift is one.
- Though we always try to reduce the shipping time and will continue to do so, we shall not be able to deliver the gifts on or before 13th if any unforeseen circumstances are the cause of the delay in the delivery. This includes force majeure, natural calamities, delivery restrictions due to government holiday, public holiday, weekly off, riots or religious gatherings etc. We always try our best,but delivery to very remote areas are more likely to get delayed due to distance and serviceability.
- We sincerely request you to accept the delay in delivery caused due to delay in sharing the image and message or changing information multiple times (which is highly discouraged by us to save everyone's time and effort)
Procedure for availing the free gift photograph:
- Kindly send us the picture is by uploading it Upload picture and message . This link is given on each page in Mother’s Day collection. Also, you may give us a message to be printed on the photograph in this form itself.
- Pictures received on WhatsApp are not very well printable. Kindly do not send pictures via WhatsApp.
- Please do mention the order number when you upload the image else it won't be possible for us to process it till the order number is received. In case you have not noted down the order number please refer to your confirmation email/message or Contact Us
- We request you to kindly send us scanned copies or camera pictures in .JPG format. If the photograph is being scanned, please set the resolution to 300 dpi. File should be 2,000px x 1600 px file at minimum 200 dpi
- We would be happy to let you choose from printing your personal message on the photograph or just a photograph without a message. We request you to please mention the note or message along with the photograph or in the notes section available during checkout.
- Kindly do not upload multiple images for one order. If you are not sure whether we have received the image or not please Contact Us
- Kindly note that a delay in communication means further delay in the despatch time, and we don't want your gift to be delayed! Hence we earnestly request you to send us / upload the picture and message as soon as possible if not readily available while placing the order.
