No, in case there is a manufacturing defect detected within 24 hours of receiving the order; the product is returned and cancelled as per cancellation policy, the entire amount will be refunded to the account used for payment. There will be no deductions for shipping charge or payment gateway charges.
Please note that the amount will be reversed in the chosen form only after receiving the product so that the condition of the product may be determined.
In case of replacement requested, the replacement product will be shipped only after receiving the original product.
If the product has a defect which is anticipated to be present in replacement products too, only refund options will be offered.
